When a young person (younger than 16) leaves personal data via this site, it is not always possible to check whether he or she is 16 years of age or older. We have protected the contact form found on the Contact Us page from bots with reCAPTCHA, a service provided by Google. When filling out the contact form, Google creates a risk score to determine whether the page is visited by a natural person or a machine (bot). For this purpose, the following personal, browser and user information, among others, is collected from the user and stored on Google’s U.S. servers:

  • All cookies set by Google in the past 6 months;
  • The clicking behavior on the screen (or tapping behavior in case of touchscreen);
  • The scrolling behavior;
  • System date and time;
  • Part of the IP address within the EU;
  • Is logged in own Google account;
  • Set language of the browser ;
  • Plug-in application installed in the browser;
  • Speed at which a form is completed.

With reCAPTCHA, a natural person only needs to click a check mark to confirm that it is really a human being. If in doubt, a picture puzzle is asked to solve.

The (partial) IP address is not merged with other data from Google. Data collection is subject to Google’s privacy policy. By submitting the contact form, you agree to Google processing data from you as described above.

Access, correction and right to object

According to the GDPR, you have the right to access and modify and/or correct your personal data.
